To request a return and refund, please contact us directly. Returns must be approved in advance. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted, and shipping costs may be at your expense.
Product Condition:
The device must be returned in the same condition as when received, without damage and in the original packaging. Any non-compliance may result in additional fees or prevent the return of the product. Any personalized product will not be accepted for return or refund, as we are unable to resell your customization, which could lead to serious financial and environmental consequences.
