Delivery Time
At Balïa, the delivery time ranges from 7 to 14 days, as each product is created after the order is placed. Custom orders can only be changed in the event of a manufacturing defect. Currently, our delivery service is limited to standard shipping.

Shipping Address
Orders will be shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer at the time of order. Each order can only be delivered to a single address. If a customer wishes to ship orders to different addresses, they must place a separate order for each address.

Shipping Method
For standard shipments, the usual delivery time is 7 to 14 days.

Total Delivery Time Calculation
The total delivery time includes several steps:

• Payment processing time: 0-2 days

• Order processing time: 1-3 business days

• Transit time: 3-5 business days

• Customs clearance time: 1-7 business days depending on the destination country

Processing time may vary depending on the items ordered and public holidays.

Order Confirmation
In certain special situations, Balïa may send an order confirmation email to the customer to ensure the security of the transaction. The package will only be shipped after receiving this confirmation. The start date of the order will be the date of the customer's confirmation email, and the customer's response time will not be included in the estimated delivery time.

Order Process

• Order Confirmation:
  After placing your order, please allow 1 to 3 business days for it to be processed. This means that your order is being prepared and is ready to be shipped.

• Shipping Confirmation:
  Once your order is packed and shipped, you will receive a second confirmation email along with your tracking number.

To track the status of the delivery, you can check your order or your customer account.

Liability
Balïa disclaims any liability for delays in shipping or delivery due to natural or unforeseen events. Additionally, Balïa is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, such as those related to customs clearance.

Duties and Taxes
In certain countries, local taxes and import duties may apply. These fees are not included in the amounts indicated. The buyer or recipient of the order is responsible for the payment of these taxes and duties. As our products are distributed worldwide, we cannot guarantee their compliance with the import requirements of each country. We recommend contacting your country's customs authorities for any questions regarding this before placing an order.
