Yes, our watches are made in standard sizes but can be adjusted by adding or removing links from the bracelet. An adjustment kit is provided in the pine gift box so you can easily customize the size of your watch at home.

Each Balïa watch, being made from natural wood, has a unique appearance. Your watch may slightly differ from the images shown.

What type of battery is used in Balïa watches?
Our watches, except for SOLAR and AUTOMATIC models, use a SONY SR621SW battery, which is recyclable and replaceable, free from mercury and lead, designed to minimize the risk of leakage.

How do I maintain my Balïa watch?
To keep your watch in good condition, apply a special wax from time to time. Avoid showering or swimming with your watch, and store it in the customized pine box when not in use.

How can I recycle my Balïa watch?

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases at Balïa, but if needed, you can return any product.

Return Period: You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to inform us of your intention to return a product. Once you have notified your decision, you have an additional 14 days to make the return.

Refund: We will process the refund for returned items (excluding initial shipping costs) within 2 business days following their receipt.

Return of Customized Products

Engraved customized items can also be returned within 14 days of receipt, subject to the same conditions as above. Please note that engraving fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors on our part. For exchanges involving new engraving, the corresponding fees will be fully charged.

Shipping Times: Please refer to our SHIPPING AND RETURNS page for details on shipping times by country. Products requiring engraving will take an additional 5 days of processing before shipping.

Shipping Destinations: We ship our watches and other products worldwide. DHL provides standard free shipping, handing off to local postal services in the destination country. For faster shipping, DHL Express is available in certain countries.

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products. For more details, please refer to our RETURN POLICY.

Returns of Engraved Products

Customized engraved products are excluded from our standard return policy due to their personalized nature, unless an issue is covered by the warranty.

Right of Return

If you are not completely satisfied with your watch, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the receipt to cancel your order without justification. Following the cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the item. It must be returned unused and in its original packaging. We will process a full refund, excluding shipping fees, within 14 days of the cancellation, provided the item is returned to us in perfect condition. Please use the form available in our terms and conditions and send it to contact@balia.fr. Note that personalized watches or gift boxes engraved are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Delivery Time for Your Balïa
